Well, its decided. Irish voters have halted the EU Lisbon Treaty after a long referendum campaign resulting in a very close outcome (47% yes to 53% no)
Im interested as to how this is going to turn out. I think we're going to feel like the kid who earned weekend homework for the class in the EU parliment.
That said i was up for a No vote myself, if i could make it the 200km home.

Someone got into the Uni's network today. For the exam timetable under every module theres a notification: "Important exam information: http://tinyurl.com/2q9j9y"
Whoever did this is a genius but its also kinda worrying that the network was hacked in the first place :/

How big is infinity?
Ok, obviously Infinity is infinite, since thats what it is and all, but did you ever think that there could be different sizes of infinity?
Ok think of the numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... ∞
They never end. An infinite number of numbers
Now think 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3 up to ∞
Thats twice as many numbers going into infinity as just the whole numbers.
Essentially its an infinite number of numbers which has...

This is very interesting. A member of a breakaway group of Scientologists have smuggled a top secret document describing the 8 levels of OT's (Operating Thetans) from the cult. Obviously the site is now threatened with legal action, but Wikileaks has taken a firm standing against them.
They offer the pdf for download, I'd imagine its worth a read, I'll definitely have a read through, I've...
