what kind of vfx plugins can u get wit avid?

In school, i guess our films are our exams, im using final cut myself, and some times premier but i havent gotten hold of a copy of avid, so i cant learn it yet. How dya rate it from final cut, its supposed to be better, but i wanna know how or why its better. Premier, is just adobes version of final cut so u not really missing out there, only its got more detail for keying colour... thats about it really.

Im busy in middle of pre- production myself, we start shooting on sunday, i finish on 3may, and then go into post. its been so hectic lately! cant wait to be in post, where its just me and my mac ( i use mac for work and pc, for gaming and evrything else) im also a cinematographer but, thats constant hard pysical labour, and shouting at pple to hurry wit the tracks, because ur producer is shouting at u to hurry wit the shot etc.. which is so draining! But i do love camera work! So what do u use, final cut, avid or premier?

makes sense that the editors should be anime/ manga freaks! so when u say post production, u talking about sound vfx etc..

me too! I studeied fine arts, majoring in painting and photography, now im doing film, wit editing and cinematography as my majors!!! what a coincidence!
