They we correct on the earlier episodes, so why not these four?
Plus, they've updated the Knighmare Frame info to include the upgraded Lancelot and Guren. Look in the spoiler.

I have the guren being called the Guren Ganesha

That's its other name. Ganesha is the Hindu god/goddess that has 8 limbs.

Call it whatever you want, once they say it in the show, it won't matter anymore.
