It was in the second Melt Age when it all happened. The entire continent of lush and rich Borneo island had once again been wiped off from the surface. All the tribes and occupants of the large and small islands surrounding it moved to either formed colonies to live on the water, or find another dry lands across the sea . . . to be defeated by the harsh environment of the ocean. Only few survived to continue the existence of human race.

The fertile soil and richly-vegetated land and water of the Borneo continent had been giving life to either inland occupants and the undersea creatures and tribes for thousands of years of the Sun Age. And when the second Melt Age came, the settlements and underwater villages has been established and prevail the harsh climate changes.

There was this vast and big underwater collony, occupied by the most diverese sea creatures of the Indonesian sea. It was so large, the sea creatures called it a nation. The land of Starynea was what it called.

Starynea was led by a line of queens, bred through the mating of blue-blooded female sirens with male merpeople selected through deadly tests and competition. The last empress of Starynea was the nameless Siren Queen . . . in fact, no one knows the name of the ruling queens since the beginning of the founding of Starynea. It is told that the old traditions forbid the Staryneans to be near the Silver Palace in the middle of the main city, where the queen resided.

The occupants of Starynea consisted of many underwater species, big and small, friendly and menacing, but kept living in harmony through the influence of what is called as the Glow Orb.

The Glow Orb was a mysterious artifact placed in the very center of the SilverDome, the inner sanctum of the Silver Palace. It absorbs the queen's singing voice, alter it, then emanates the waves with specific wavelengths and amplitudes that mysteriously creates a distinct, yet powerful and brilliant enough to control all the sea creatures within several miles away, which drastically drops in power level in a certain radius. This is the nation's boundaries, where two underwater species, Silverspears and Waterboilers, stay on guard and defend the colony from outsiders.

There was another nomaden race called Cretasia. Cretasian is a race of Naga creature, with various builds and shapes. They are ever-moving, never settle on one place, always look for life-nurturing resources, deplete it, and move to other places. That's why the Starynea queen kept them out of the boundaries, to prevent them depleting their life resources and ruin the entire colony.

Cretasians has a unique way of communicating, using their unique gland and threads in their throat to create specific vibrations and water disturbance that will then captured by the hearing tissue in their "ears" (the hole behind the small gill on each sides of the head). Their gills and scales also create water disturbances, so they HAVE to "speak" loud everytime. This is the reason why the Glow Orb's influence cannot reach them, because the water disturbances around their body negates all the wavelengths emanated by the orb. And this is also one major disadvantage against Starynea: Silverspears and Waterboilers are underwater creatures with very sensitive biological sensories that make them perfect guards who can still be "controlled" by the vague Glow Orb's influencial wavelengths.

And then comes this young Cretasian soldier. He was born with a "disability", that is because he's got most of his vibration threads in his throat fused with the throat's walls, leaving only a number - but strong - threads intact, and his resonance chamber in his throat can function as amplifier, focusing the vibrations caused by the sound threads by doing some muscle contractions. He can "speak", though vaguely. To speak outloud, he must compress some water inside his lungs, and blow it rapidly through the sound threads to create water disturbances needed to be able to communicate with other Cretasians.

He also born with smaller gills, though there are more gills on his body, and smoother scales. This gives him stealth advantage, because he can move with minimum water disturbances.

These "uniqueness" make him somewhat more sensitive to the sound waves around him, thus make him able to "hear" even the slightest and the vaguest of sound waves. Thus, for long he finds it intriguingly mysterious when he sensed the vague sound wave near Starynean borders. Out of his curiosity, he tried to infiltrate the borders and search for it by himself.

He finally succeeded to slip through the tight securities of the borders guardians, and managed to get near the Silver Palace. As he got near the castle, the Crestasian began to feel nausea and disturbed. He didn't notice that it was caused by the resonance between the slight disturbances around his body due the smooth gills and scales, with the Glow Orb's sound waves. This effect made him more and more violent and berserk as he neared the Silver Palace.

He managed to reach the SilverDome, a large structure just in the center of the Silver Palace. He reached a berserk level where he didn't refrain from lunging a frontal attack towards the resting queen to get his hands on the Glow Orb. The queen, who was in the middle of writing a song on one of the magical weedsheets, startled and let out a singing voice to call upon the castle guards. The it happened : The queen's singing voice resonated with sound wave of the Cretasian's screams in his attack, and created a chaotic disturbances inside the SilverDome. The Glow Orb absorbed all the sound waves and sends the sound waves in chaotic wavelengths and amplitudes that not only caused a vast disturbance throughout the creatures of Starynea and killed most of them, it also brought physical damage to the structures all over the colony. The remaining creatures turned against each other, the menacing and bigger creatures eat and killed the smaller ones, and at the end the leviathans and the monsters of the deep devour all the smaller creatures before they got destroyed themselves by the destructive disturbances.

After long, the Glow Orb's chaotic disturbances subsided, and it became eerily quiet. The two creatures near it was destroyed. The Glow Orb of the Deep somehow absorbed their essence and trapped them both inside it. The Glow Orb, however, kept emanating distinct sound waves, but now with more menacing wavelengths and amplitudes instead of calming and soothing like before the incident. This made the area that reaches for hundreds of miles became silent and no creatures dare to get near it for ages. Thus, the lost continent of Borneo was born. The entire continent of Borneo island was deserted forever, even during the Sun Age, where human also feels strange nausea when nearing the island.
SilentScream of the Siren Queen.

The SilentScream of the Siren Queen is a straight, double-edged sword. The blade is dark-blue with silver edges. The scabbard is dark-blue with silver engravings as its locket and chape. On the cross guard there’s a round plate, parallel with the blade. Reliefs of a naga and a tiara are sculpted on each sides of the plate.

The SilentScream of the Siren Queen, sealed form
The long grip wrapped with silver and dark-blue threads, and at the end there's a small orb as its pommel.

The blade continuously emanates soft, dark-blue glow.
SHIKAI

The Zanpakutou then splits into two, separate swords, SilentScream and Siren Queen

SilentScream, right hand.
Spoiler:
SilentScream turns into a larger sword, double-edged, and has a narrow gap in the middle, all the way from the ricasso to the tip. The long grip is a white-silver combination.

On the cross guard, there's a round, silver plate with a picture of naga engraved on it.

Abilities
Spoiler:
Blowing Thunder - Ranged attack. SilentScream shoots a sonic boom, and the enemy gets thrown due to the massive, sudden pressure from the attack. It's linear to the direction of the blade. The more advanced variant of this move is called Blowing Thunder Streams, which shoots sonic booms rapidly towards an enemy; logically, this tech requires a lot more reiatsu to use.

Blowing Thunder is noticeable as a visual distortion in its path and a compressed air ring around SilentScream’s tip on its release.

Blowing Thunder can also be used to repel an attack on impact. Like, when blocking a blow from another sword, I can use the tech to make a sonic boom explosion, combined with timed counter swing to minimize the recoil of the blade.
Siren Queen, left hand
Spoiler:
Siren Queen has the same shape as SilentScream, only it doesn't have the middle gap in it. The blade is dark-blue with silver edge. The round plate on the cross guard is engraved with the carvings of a tiara. The long grip is a combination of dark blue and silver, with an orb as its pommel.

Abilities
Spoiler:
Splitting Flash - Ranged attack. Siren Queen glows dark-blue, charges the blade for a couple of seconds, and with the command "grit!" it shoots dark-blue lightning towards an enemy, and overwhelm the enemy a split second as if struck by lightning, with a loud whipping sound. The effect caused by it is a temporal disruption between the Zanpakutou spirit and the wielder, thus disorients the enemy for a couple of seconds, and gives me an opening to launch an attack.

Explanation
Spoiler:
This idea comes from the fact explained by Zangetsu on Ichigo’s fight against Kenpachi. He said that the spirit was screaming chaotically, for there’s no trust between the two.

So I find it interesting to manipulate this “relationship” between the two, to create a temporal disruption to it, thus prevents the wielder to use its abilities optimally and gives a temporal disorientation to the wielder.
I can charge Splitting Flash and keep its glow on the blade while fighting hand-to-hand combat to give the same effect. This tech is a reiatsu-draining move, so through exercises to gain mastery over Siren Queen, I learn to deal damage quickly in order to prevent the risk of reiatsu drain while in shikai. This is the essence of handling SilentScream of the Siren Queen : Balanced reiatsu management; this will be explained further later.
The abilities of each of the swords must be used separately, because using them at the same time would drain the reiatsu much, MUCH faster. And since both Zanpakutou spirits were once adversaries, I must wisely and evenly balance the use of reiatsu to activate each sword’s abilities, otherwise it’d grow more and more difficult to wield and control the one used the least in combat.

Combined Attack

As explained above, the use of both abilities would drain a lot more reiatsu. So, the next ability must be used only once in a while, although it would use less reiatsu when both spirits are in a good mood and have a high teamwork morale between the two.

Amplified Disruption.
Spoiler:
I charge Siren Queen with Splitting Flash, then transfer the charge to SilentScream by slipping its blade between SilentScream’s gaping blades. I then point it against an enemy and shoot a Splitting Flash-charged Blowing Thunder sonic boom. It gives the same effect : Amplified Disruption gives sonic boom effect on impact, and inflicts physical damage to the wielder and spiritual damage to the Zanpakutou's spirit due to the Splitting Flash efffect.

Explanation
Spoiler:
SilentScream gives physical damage, and Siren Queen’s effect extends to the inner world, thus affects the Zanpakutou’s spirit. This idea comes from the brief explanation by Zangetsu, where he said that the inner world would “rain” when Ichigo becomes sad. And he hates it when it “rains”. Though it’s not yet portrayed to give it visual explanation to the “rain”, I find it interesting to develop an ability to disturb the inner world and agitate (or “hurt”) the Zanpakutou’s spirit.
BANKAI

"Join Forces, SilentScream and the Siren Queen"

Achieving bankai needs a good leadership upon both Zanpakutou's spirits, and makes them fight together.

On release command and entering bankai mode, I wear a dragon-scale shoulder pad with a right-side-only collar on my right arm, complete with a dragon-scale full-armor covering my entire right arm.

The benefits of bankai mode includes boosts in strength and speed to facilitate me in using the Sphere of Silent Damnation. A more advanced mastery of the bankai mode gives me a faster reiatsu recovery, though not significant.

SilentScream
Spoiler:
SilentScream turns into a larger double-edged sword, still with a gap in the middle, now with spikes extend from parts of the blade. There are mirroring image of naga, facing each other on each blades. SilentScream glows pale white.

Abilities

Piercing Thunderstrike - Ranged attack. Piercing Thunderstrike shoots condensed sound waves through both of its blades, and focuses it inside an object or an enemy to make an internal disturbance, thus weakens the enemy.
Siren Queen
Spoiler:
Siren Queen turns into a large, dark-blue shield with silver edge, with a vertical handle bar where I hold it with my left hand. There's a narrow gap from the center-top edge to just above the vertical handle, enough for SilentScream's grip to slip through (Will be explained later, this is related to their ultimate attack).

There are engravings along the edge of the shield, which is the song written by the Siren Queen on the day of the attack to her kingdom, thus the first day she met the Crestasian creature (The full song can be found in the fanfic back story). The entire edge of the shield is cutting edge. There's a silver sword-like spike coming out from the lower end of the narrow gap.

Abilities

I charge the shield with Severing Flash (the bankai mode for Splitting Flash). When used to defend, Severing Flash disrupts the "relationship" between the wielder and the zanpakutou's spirit for a longer period of time.

Severing Flash can also be shot through the sword-like spike in front of the shield by giving it more charge before shooting it, thus it requires more reiatsu.
Like in shikai mode, I must balance the use of both abilities. Unbalanceed use of the abilities will only lead to one condition : It'd Turn off the bankai mode and return it to its shikai mode, or even the sealed form.

Combined attack

Absolute Thunder Blast - Ranged attack. By slipping SilentScream's grip through Siren Queen's narrow gap, and chanting the spell "All the forces of the deep, give me the mighty strength to keep. Let us defeat all enemy, with the Absolute Thunder Blast." The chaotic resonance of SilentScream, combined by Siren Queen's Severing Flash charge, creates a large stream of sonic boom towards the enemy, inflicting massive damage to both the Zanpakutou’s spirit and its wielder.

Still in this combined form, there's another ability called The Sphere of Silent Damnation, which is the Glow Orb's ability. This technique can only be used when I decide to reserve some reiatsu thus decrease the power of the previous technique; the reiatsu is needed to materialize the orb and create a massive sphere out of it.

The area is surrounded by a giant sphere - 500 meters in diameter - by chanting "The prince and princess of the deep, call forth The Sphere of Silent Damnation". The diameter is linear to the amount of reiatsu reserved to be used to materialize the sphere. By experience and practice, I learned the amount of reiatsu to be reserved to create a 500 meters diameter of spherical space that’s enough for me to move freely inside it.

The combined form of SilentScream and Siren Queen transforms into a double-spear with SilentScream’s double-blades at one end, and Siren Queen’s dark-blue blade at the other.

This is actually the shikai forms, combined at the ends of the swords' grip. This form can only achieved in bankai mode, specifically when activating The Sphere of Silent Damnation, because in this state the sphere at the end of Siren Queen's grip is materialized as the 500 meters diameter sphere, so they can combine to each other's grip ends.
There's no sound inside the sphere, hence the name the Sphere of Silent Damnation, because the inner wall of the sphere absorbs any kinds of sound. The object of this ability is to force the enemy to be in the absolute center of the sphere and stab the enemy with the combined form of SilentScream and Siren Queen, and explode a sonic boom inside the enemy's body. At the same time, I make the inner wall of the sphere a harder surface and amplifies the sonic boom when hit the sphere’s wall. The sonic boom then bounces back to the center towards the enemy, explodes again to create a recurring effect until it finally subsides or I can’t keep the inner walls hard long enough; keeping the inner walls of the sphere requires the use of reiatsu.Explanation

The idea of this technique comes from a recording studio where people use sound-dampening material for its walls to prevent echoing effect. It is said that sound bounces easier on hard and smooth surfaces (like concrete walls or mirrors) while softer and rougher surface spreads and lessens the power of the sound, thus dissipates it.
The strategy in handling the zanpakutou is to keep the use of an ability at minimum by fighting in melee without activating an ability, to build up enough reiatsu to activate a reiatsu-draining ability. Say, when I’m in the bankai mode and fighting a very strong opponent, I can allocate just a part of reiatsu to shoot Absolute Thunderblast just to weaken the enemy, then fight defensively for a minute or two to build up more reiatsu, then activate The Sphere of Silent Damnation. The zanpakutou is all about balancing the utilization of the reiatsu, and balancing it upon activating each sword’s ability.

Unohana and Ichigo return to the real KT only to find Aizen there who´s about to create the key, only to find out that Unohana has been working with Aizen all along. Some of Ichigo´s random powerups (scarmask) will be explained, leaving him dumbstruck. He´ll be assisted by his dad but they fail and the key is created.

One can hope.

I don't understand the wish, or logic, behind this idea that Unohana is going to go rogue. What seems to make everyone believe this has any chance above 0% of coming to fruition?
