Well you can't really use Love love because it's been used only once and Devil Gundam was pretty much unable to dodge anything, anyway. It's just damn powerful.

I say V2 gundam speedblitzes 00 raiser. 20G speed is too fast for anything in 00. Even if it quantizes much, V2 is never in a risk because of its insane speed. Activate Wings of Light, and all it has to do is fly around at 20g's and sooner or later, 00 will quantize in the wrong place and get cut in half by the Wings of Light. How big are they?

2 things:
1. 20G is not a measure of speed, it's a measure of acceleration.
2. IIRC, the limit the human body can take is 10-12 Gs. (Remember Graham in 00 was taking 12G acceleration and suffering internal damage every time). The human body cannot withstand 20Gs of centrifugal force.

1. I know it's a measure of accel. But, that's the only thing up on MAHQ, suggesting that the max speed it can reach is when it's acceling at 20G's.

2. Graham went 12 G's. Setsuna in 00 was at the same speed. Setsuna did not suffer damage. The design of the Gundam's have buffers that the modern real world does not know of. Graham only took damage because his suit couldn't do it--his suit (Masu-something, or Susanoo) was shown to be a custom flag underneath the armor. Thus, the V2 gundam is designed for those speeds.
Also, in crossbone steel seven, f99 recordbreakers can reach Jupiter within 2 week from Earth using Wings of Light to propel themselves. V2 is after that, suggesting that its Wings of Light can be used to accelerate itself at speeds that can reach Jupiter from Earth in about 2 weeks time or less.
