Unlimited Bandwidth lost after resubscription.
Hello, i tried contacting the website support team via the link in the FAQ page but didnt get a response so i thought ill try my luck here.
My one year subscription in PLUS! membership ended at the end of July (26th) and i thought that the subscription would automatically renew, however that did not occur and i failed to notice as I do not check the website alot (i work on a two week shift where i do not get an internet connection). I just renewed the subscription but i noticed that the Unlimited bandwidth that i purchased last year was no longer in effect.
I did read in the FAQ that you have to renew the subscription within a week took keep any purchased bandwidth but i was hoping that i would be able to get the unlimited bandwidth back as 200$ is not a small investment.
Any advice on what to do in my situation?
