what a bogus chapter. I don't even understand what the hell I read.

LOL @ the human with a hole in his chest. WTF???
And for a second I thought maybe he was going to try to manipulate Ichigo's memories, to make him hate soul society for some reason (would have been interesting).

I don't have the huge problems with this chapter that some of you have. I thought it was ok. I get what Riruka was saying about Ichigo saving Ginjo. Ichigo saved Ginjo from himself, simple as that. I think Riruka saw Tsukishima coming way before Ichigo did, hence her being able to jump in. I do agree that the whole "Riruka being in Rukia for 10 minutes just to do this" thing was a bit contrived. I only count 2 pages of Ginjo falling, unless you count the 2 pages of Ichigo cutting through Ginjo's sword and slashing Ginjo.

Tsukishima still moving can only be some sort of spiritual pressure plotkai, unless his wound is not as bad as it looks.

I'm looking forward to the flashback. I want to see a bit more of the past before this is over.

People complaining about another group of powerful, lonely characters finding a group to belong to might need to realize that it's kind of becoming a theme of Bleach. I could do without the emo bullshit, but powerful people being lonely is a pretty common idea.

Yeah there are a lot of complainers but that's why this chapter is so upsetting; It's a perfect justification of all of their complaints, where those of us who believed Kubo was actually going somewhere with this just got let down.

I mean benefit of the doubt is one thing, but he' written bs, then fixed it soso, then written more bs to fix it more, and just made everything worst than imaginable. Like seriously I thought Ginjous was cool and had potential. Then he went bankai, and instead of expanding his character at all, Kubo just distorted what was already there in order to fulfill his own cliched villain formula. I mean its like he went out of his way to make Ginjou an Aizen/GJ/Ulquiorra/Renji/Byakuya replica typical Ichigo rival.

Why did we read thru this arc ? It's like a filler manga arc. After the SS and even Arrancar arc, we kinda hoped for an Isshin backstory right ? Because we still don't know how he fits with SS history. He doesn't fit anywhere. And unless he's connected to being a Shinigami that noone remembers/care magically thru Fullbringers, what was the point of this arc ? Oh right, Ichigo getting his powers thru a buffed Sword lol. Poor Ginjo, for just being a plot item to cause captains to return ichigo's powers. I hate SS even more now.

It was a really bland chapter, I just want to know how someone can run around with a hole the size of a grapefruit in there chest.

@KSN, the cut probably healed due to high speed regeneration however he kept fighting till he lost (i.e. sword broke). Also to the above who mentioned that the theme of loneliness is really becoming prominent this is true. B/c it really came out that he is in a class of his own. Which begs a question of what the next challenge is going to be. I do think that's the end of the hollow mask and very well might be the end of the manga?

Chapter was not that good as i expected it to be.
And bleach is getting a bit boring.I hope something interesting starts again.

I'm beginning to wonder if it is not truly over. I mean, the wrap ups of the Vizards and Yammy got as many panels. With those as benchmarks, one page of Ginjou and young Tsukishima as the complete flashback feels about right.

With what we know, what story is there to tell in a full chapter flashback? Sure, it might give us the much needed details to make sense of everything, but Kubo hasn't burdended himself with giving details before.

So, honestly, who would be surprised if the next chapter started with Ichigo back at school?

Edit: On a comedic note, I can see an omake in the anime addressing Rukia's new 'doors,' with a variety of uses for them. I envision Matsumoto trying to stuff two Saki jugs in there, with them not fitting of course, and Rukia with a : O face; lol.

Hmm, I'll have to see if I can pen that out...

To me it was just kinda blah, I think he was setting up for something better(or at least I hope so).
