1. Nagato - Rinnegan
2. Itachi - Man was a beast whilst on the verge on death.
3. Tobi
4. Kisame
5. Orochimaru - At full health
6. Konan - Did pretty damn well against Tobi
7. Kakuzu
8. Deidara - Would be higher without the hubris
9. Sasori
10. Hidan - Without a partner he's pretty much worthless..

??. Zetsu - True ability is still somewhat shrouded. White zetsu's seem fairly weak but the black zetsu has yet to show any indication of true strength.

Nb: there is a notably huge difference in capability between the top 3 and the rest.

Itachi out-ranks Nagato, not sure if spoilers are allowed in here, so I won't say
too much. It's shown to us and said to us in the Manga (I am currently reading
it over now). So rather than base the rankings off assumptions, I'll choose to go
with what is actually shown/said in there :)

Not sure about this, but why are people rating Oro in this, but not Sasuke?
They both probably has sceptical reasons for joining Akatsuki and they both
left as well (or changed ambitions). So I would actually include Sasuke :)
