Unable to download

Hi is AA facing some technical error recently. All link has return with error and download will not start. Some error caused by webpage with forbidden access. Most link require some kind of authentication when trying to download.
Furthermore account download history is also empty.

I have already logged on to my account, tried logging out and back in but it doesn't help.
