Purchased Unlimited Bandwidth problem

Hey, I've sent around 10 emails through the "Contact Us" option and still have not gotten a single reply... My unlimited bandwidth I purchased months ago randomly left my account and hasn't came back. At my wits end with this crap, it's been like 2+ months now. Will SOMEONE help me with this already?

provide your transactions id, receipt # or paypal email address. I will look into why it was removed or lost and correct it

I have the same problem.........Unlimited is supposed to be paid once and you have unlimited bandwidth for the rest of the site's days right?

No sorry. It's membership service you can pay pr. Month or year. And last as long as you chose to purchase. From the day the payment is registert.

I've purchased a month of Plus membership a few days ago and now there is a message saying that I do not have enough bandwidth to download. I paid for unlimited downloads, etc, etc... what is the problem?

I have a few questions regarding this sentence you made here. I am currently subscribed on a yearly subscription, I can't remember if its auto-renewed or not, and if I purchased the unlimited bandwidth it does not matter if I pay for a monthly subscription right? As long as it is a plus account, my unlimited bandwidth will always exists?
