It is usually spelled either Ptolemy(for short) or Ptolemarios. I don't know about that middle spelling. I think it is just a misspelling.

"Ptolemarios" is a misspelling. The full name is "Ptolemaios" (there's no "r").
usually, it's cut short to "Ptolemy"

I was just wondering.

What are the chances that Nena didnt simply kill Louise's parents because she was simply bored. What if she had received orders from Ribbons to specifically target the Halevey family. Or was it just a random circumstance that he took advantage of?
Or has Ribbons had his eye on Louise for longer than we think? Because we know shes contributing to the Alaws financially.

I think it was purely random. I don't think Nena was under orders from Ribbons back then because Ribbons had given the order for Ali to kill her brothers and when she saw Ali in S2 she was shocked. It looks like she was genuinely bored and Louise just fell victim to her boredness. The reason Ribbons saved Louise's hand was probably for financial reasons if not just to gain someone who could possibly become a Setsuna-like-Innovator.

s1 epilogue shows regene escorting louise some where, this probably when she joined a laws/ started her hand/head treatment
