This is true. I think it would be a shame if the Swiss went trough at the expense of a much more exciting, aggressive team.

Slovakia did well against Italy, in that game they showed a will to push the Italians and got exactly what they deserved. The goal by the sub from the throw was genius.

Well I'm talking quality wise.Of course Italy should go home,no one disagrees with that.
But the 7th was def a nightmarish group

Group of death always are. Ivory coast are imo the best african side out there, just really unlucky in the draw for the groups. The Italian and English groups were piss easy for any side with quality.

Vitec, skertal and hamsik, they have some decent players. Nothing special but these guys can make things happen.

Nothing to do with world cup but scholes is retiring, i'm generally and utterly sickened.
