Vaizard is a being, specifically an ex-Shinigami, whose purity and innocence, as well as pride and identity, have been sacrificed in order to gain otherwise unobtainable strength which stems from the darkness in his heart.

Oh hey there, I left my position is 11th division captain due to member issues. BI will (unfortunately) get it due to Ash rejecting my offer.

So...
1. I was a captain
2. I'm not a captain anymore

@Meta- I haven't set up the rankings yet, but I might have it completely different (i.e. no "vice captain" but rather, couple of top vaizards, mid, noobs, etc etc). If you are still interested, then you can join. If not I guess you could start another division.
