Neko: Have you accepted IchiHime into your life?

And the anime is driven by and for merchandising. SP knows that other pairings sell better than IchiHime (possibly owing to their creative editing in the first story arc that almost relegated Orihime to background character status immediately), so they're going to pimp those pairings to move merchandise. Although the slight uptick in Scarmask exposure after the Lust Arc makes me hope they'll actually start letting more IchiHime into the show. And if the last two endings are any indication, maybe they have.

I thought the other pairing believed they didnt need to tell IchiHime fans but only in debates.
I say deluded because of some hints.
Yeah everyone has a right to their choice.
Ichigo is my fave male and Rukia is my 2nd fave female but I do not pair them up for reasons.
I am not necessarily an asshole for my opinion of certain delusional aspects of some pairing not the people.
I didnt say the whole idea is deluded but it looks deluded.
Dont you agree some other pairing ideas are deluded.
I thought I was a welcomed IchiHime fan.
Yes, IchiHime fans have build their foundation of respect.
I did not use curse words or bash the whole entire fans or idea.
It is my opinion as I said before, some ideas and fans dont see the hints.
About the ops thing I said, I thought there wouldnt be waiting around to enlighten the majority pairing by opening their eyes.
My whole point is I tell it like it is.
I REPEAT: I understand other peoples choices and their rights but I hope they become enlighten.
Even if Kubo chose the other pairing, I wouldnt become delusional because I would stop liking any Ichigo pairing.

You're welcome as an IchiHime fan, but you should put IchiRuki bashing in the anti-IchiRuki thread, and IchiHime fangirl/boying in this thread. It also helps if you make a distinction between the delusional IchiRuki shippers, and the IchiRuki shippers that just like IchiRuki and don't cause trouble.

Yes, the last two endings were a nice change, but in truth, the latest one seems to have gone the route of accepting Orihime one the same level as Rukia in relation to Ichigo. Goodness knows they leave her out of everything else.

五十步笑百步 asked how would a romantic proposal to Orihime go, back in the Orihime FC. How do you think Ichigo would go about asking her out? I think he'd stand there and ramble for five minutes before actually saying anything of importance and then walk quickly away after acceptance to avoid Keigo and Chizuru.

Hey, progress is progress, and it's about damn time. She's only been the central female character for the past 200 chapters. It's about time she gets equal billing to Rukia and the rest of the shinigami.

That sounds about right, really. He'd probably smile after she said yes and possibly even listen to her stammer out some date ideas nervously before either volunteering to (quietly) walk her home or, like you said, getting the hell out of Dodge.

It was great to see her finally getting the attention and prominence she deserves. But now as we enter the final couple of story arcs, how much do you think she will feature. Considering everything that happened above the dome of Las Noches, Ichigo owes Ishida an apology, but do you think he and Orihime will talk about what happened between them in Hueco Mundo. Not per se in the romantic sense, but in terms of the Hollow and the impact it had on her. Ichigo did seem a little upset about it when he was fighting Grimmjow. And she does consider Scarmask her fault after all. They need to clear the air.

I swear to god, people complain about Orihime's 'Kurosaki-kuns', but Ichigo's 'Are you okay's are just as prominent. Personal favorite? When he asked if she was okay, yet Ishida was bleeding out of his stump with Zangetsu protruding from his stomach. Yeah, I think Orihime's okay, Ichigo.

I think they do need to talk, especially about Scarmask and all that. Orihime will probably apologize for everything, at which point Ichigo will tell her that none of it was her fault. The hollow has been bugging him since he realized he had it (like we saw when he fought Shirogetsu this past time), so it's not just dependent upon Orihime, no matter what she thinks.
