I honestly don't remember. >.< What I do think is that Soi-chan's obsession with anything related to black cats is completely adorable.

Ok, I just looked, you're right.

Tessai used a forbidden technique, which I assume is considered a very grave offense. Either way, it doesn't say for life, for Tessai. Kisuke's punishment was the permanent one.

More or less? Yoruichi saved the Vaizards, rather then Kisuke, since they were going to be treated as Hollows.
