Didnt 8 have no mana and magic was basically items? Stupid... Though i will say i love the opening theme. Besides that i see no lustre to the game.
9 had the card game in it, which was cool. And the chocobo-orientated extra's were phenominal. Great fun.
I liked the fantasy orientated character design too, unlike in XII, where EVERYONE IS BLONDE. Tidus was blonde, need i say more?
And no Nobuo in XII

@Dkoala- FF8 had the original card game but FF9 had basically a refined version to it...

Yeah i know, but i played 8 after 9 so i didnt want to start it all again after having 97% of the cards from 9 >.< including the secret summons :)

@Dkoala- I collected the cards in FF8 because one of the summons abilities was to convert cards and such items in items, rare cards could be converted to really useful items...

And yeah, the opening for FF8 was pretty good?

General Question to everyone:

Which boss or villian character had the best theme music so far in a FF game?

best music, well, Sephy did have great music, but, one of XII's FEW strong points was the Gilgamesh battle, he had the best music, the best voice actor, and he was the best character in the game. (that doesnt say much tho).

And Dkoala, yes, you had to draw magic out of your enemies in 8, and the magic drawn boosted your stats, but when you used it, the stats went back down. Stupid.

Advent Children, one of the best animated movies ever.

Here is a newsflash guys, Dyne is the owner, period. Where you people get off telling him what he can and can't do is beyond me. He can do w/e the hell he wants and there is nothing you can do about it, its his fucking site. BE has 315000 members and counting, it takes less than a week to bring in $1600 from donations, nothing you people do will stop this. These forums don't matter to Dyne, he doesn't make any money off of them, they are like a bonus for us. The comments pages, people get all offended by the way they are treated there..o well. They make up less than 1% of the membership, they are irrelevant. His posts on the forums are hilarious, people get all offended and then start a pathetic war against him saying how as an admin he should set an example, bullshit. In the end they are usually banned and o fucking well, no loss. The forums don't need that kind of stupidity anyways. I don't see the problem with that at all. I'll let you guys in on a little secret, Dyne is much nicer than I am, seriously. Get over the fact that Dyne runs this site anyway he wants, its his right to do so. He is arrogant, so what. Its the internet. I'm an asshole. Which would u rather have running the site.
